If you hate doing cardio as much as I do, then you should try this.  This is a HIIT routine (High Intensity Interval Training).  I would rather do this for 15 mins than the treadmill for 45.  This consists of 4 exercises that you will do with a 30 second break between each round.  The first round is 60 seconds, so each exercise for 60 seconds, then a 30 second break.  Next round is 50 seconds and so on.  This is tough but its over quick.

Mountain Climbers – Example – I’ll be honest, these suck.
