Ok, so this list will be ever changing and evolving. I am going to gather as many programs, that I think, will produce results. This list is geared toward powerlifting, but that just means it will get you GAINZ!
Brandon Campbell P.R.S — I have done one full cycle of this and I highly recommend!
Wendler 5-3-1 — I have completed 4 cycles of this program, I recommend it for beginners.
Johnnie Candito — Jonnie is a great lifter and has a few programs. I have finished the Candito 6 Week Strength Program. This is challenging, but I would recommend it.
Layne Norton – P.H.A.T. — I have not started this, but Layne is a damn genius.
Mark Rippetoe – Starting Strength — I have not started this program, but Mark Rippetoe is highly regarded in the powerlifting world.
Brandon Lilly – The Cube Method — I have not started this program, but it is based on the principles of speed, power, and reps. (not free)
